The FAQ part is aimed at giving elements of answer to questionings most often subjected by email.

Two reasons can be invoked:

@ "The site is not working correctly" could be the fist one. The greeting ecards sending code has been tested and is robust. However, it is not excluded that the mail server could be temporarily down. This is extremely rare, and the employed techniques allow in most of cases to save emails and to send them slightly later. So, problems due to the mail server are rare and lead almost to a postponed sending - never cancelled.
@ The second is the most frequent. Before sending your greeting card, the syntax of your address email as well as that of your correspondent is verified. That is to say that an address such as example@hotmailfr or bonjouràwanadoo.fr is refused. However, if the syntax is correct(right) but what address is incorrectly typed, you will not be informed if it is not delivered!!!! (examples: exemple@wananadoo.fr instead of exemple@wanadoo.fr, bonour@provider.com instead of bonjour@provider.com etc...)
To be sure your card is correctly delivered, please verify all the e-mail you typed in !

The MaxiMoi200 greeting e-cards sending service is for free. Just choose the card which you want to send, fill in the fields of the form and send the card! Other additional services, such as sending by postmail of chosen picture, are assured by other websites. These services might not be free.

When you copy and paste email addresses, it often happens that you copy a space or a tabulation before and/or afterwards. But email addresses do not content spaces or tabulations. The website interprets this therefore as an error from you and refuses to send the card. Make sure email addresses are space and tabulation free before of your greeting ecard sending.
